Deposit & Cancellation Policy.
To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit of £50 is required at the time of booking. This amount will be applied toward your final balance on the day of your appointment.
Non-Refundable:
Your deposit reserves your appointment time and is non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations or no-shows.
Rescheduling:
You may reschedule your appointment with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. One reschedule is permitted using your original deposit; any further changes will require a new deposit.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows:
Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice, or failure to attend your appointment, will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
Payment Methods:
Appointments are confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit via our booking platform. Remaining balances can be paid using digital wallets (Apple Pay or Google Wallet), bank transfer, or cash.
Agreement:
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this deposit and cancellation policy in full.
